浮床水蕹菜对养殖水体中营养物的去除效果研究

摘要

为研究浮床水蕹菜对池塘养殖水质的改善效果,于2007年6月至11月,在6个2000m2的标准养殖池塘进行了中试研究.3个池塘放养常规鱼类和部分名优鱼类,并利用浮床技术在水面上种植200m2的水蕹菜(Ipomoea aquatica),另外3个池塘放养相同重量的常规鱼类作为对照塘.实验结果显示,种植塘的渔产量为1467kg,显著高于对照塘1203kg的渔产量(p<0.05).对照塘中TN去除率为25.17%,TP为15.27%;种植塘中TN去除率为30.02%,TP为21.68%;种植塘收获水蕹菜鲜重(4000±350)kg,TN去除率为8.41%,TP为4.85%.在养殖实验的中后期,种植塘水体的TN、TP、COD和Chla都显著低于对照塘,而透明度显著高于对照塘,溶解氧保持在5mg·L-1以上.这种综合养殖模式不仅能有效改善水质,减少养殖废水对环境的污染,还可提高养殖的经济效益.
